The property is situated only 10 minutes walk from The Old Village and Seafront in one direction and the Isle of Wight coastal path in the other. The property is accessed on the level from the car park space and comprises of an open planned kitchen living area, two bedrooms, one double with ensuite and one twin room, in addition there is also a family bathroom off the hall. The living space offers access to a railed balcony with fantastic views to sea. There is a dining table which can also be used as a workspace for anyone working remotely. I can't think of a nicer place to work than the dining table with view of the sea!


Situated in part of the island’s Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Shanklin has plenty to offer Guests, there are Countryside walking trails and coastal paths, Parks, Old Village Pubs, Restaurants and Tea Rooms and a bustling Town Centre which will provide you with all of your day to day essentials. The nearby Esplanade has a Sandy Beach, Amusements and the famous Shanklin Chine as well as many great places to eat out.
