Description

This collection of purpose-built holiday cottages occupies a premium site on the seafront on the outskirts of the small but popular village of Seaview on the north-east coast of the Island. Within an area of outstanding natural beauty, the property is just a moments walk from the coast and is surrounded by stunning English Countryside.

This recently refurbished bungalow really does make for a perfect family holiday getaway and offers a quiet and safe area where children can play. The site has a large communal green in the centre and alongside the nature reserve, and there is adequate free parking for multiple cars.

Inside, the property has a social aspect, open plan reception room that incorporates the lounge, dining area and the kitchen. There are two large, private decking areas to the front and rear, accessed off this area.

There are also two bedrooms and a family shower room positioned off the inner hallway.

Bright and light filled throughout with well presented accommodation, this is a beautiful home away from home.

Location

Seaview, as its name suggests, has a strong maritime culture, and the village holds a popular annual regatta in the summer. The village itself is an Edwardian resort built with the panoramic sea views in mind, it is a popular resort for those wanting a quieter beach holiday away from the main resorts as it has a number of beaches nearby ranging from sandy to rocky. Seaview beach itself is popular with water sports enthusiasts as it makes a great launching platform and a little further down you will find Seagrove Bay and it’s glorious golden sands and safe swimming perfect for those who are relaxing enthusiasts! There are a number of very good restaurants in and around the Seaview area as well as some pubs and cafes ideal spots from which to enjoy the arresting views over a glass of wine and some local seafood.

A quiet beach in a small seaside town Seaview is perfect for sailing, windsurfing, and paddling. With a yacht club on the seafront, there is plenty to watch in the summer months. The beach is a mixture of rocks and sand and although not perfect for sunbathing there are plenty of viewpoints and places to sit and take in the magnificent sights. It has toilets and a bar selling drinks and snacks.
