Description

This well presented holiday home has a modern feel with all the comforts of home, the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and a dining table and chairs. A comfortable lounge with feature fireplace and patio doors leading to the furnished decked balcony. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and wall mounted TV and a twin bedroom also with a small fitted wardrobe and along the hallway is the shower room with w/c and wash hand basin. The accommodation also benefits from unlimited wifi and gas central heating.

There is private parking for one car at the front of the accommodation and additional car parking on site.

There is a handy Convenience Store located across the road from the entrance to the Holiday Park ideal for your daily essentials.

Location

Located on the South East side of the Island Sandown Bay offers our Guests a bustling High Street with various Shops, Bars, Restaurants and Cafes which are just a short stroll from the sea front. The beach has a long stretch of golden sand perfect for deckchair and sand castle lovers, the beach front is also well served by even more seafront cafes, bars and restaurants so there is never a shortage of refreshments on offer. At the end of the Beach there is a traditional Pier with something for everyone, a Sports bar, crazy golf, indoor children’s adventure play area, amusement arcade and fairground rides all with views of Sandown Bay. Nearby Shanklin also offers a plethora of eateries and bars and busy Town Centre.

Nice, clean and spacious lodge with all equipment required for a relaxing break in a quiet setting. Nice outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. Easy to travel around the island by car from the accommodation.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The site seems to be mostly residential which suited us as it was quiet and friendly. The pool was not open when we were there and we didn’t go to the clubhouse. The caravan is clearly someone’s pride and joy and had some nice details and creature comforts. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach which again was fine with us, and the location was good for exploring the whole island. Communication was effective and it was good to meet the owner at the end of the week and be able to ask questions earlier on. Thank you.

A very comfortable and clean home in a very quiet corner of a residential park. Had a lovely week’s stay here off season which represented excellent value for money. The booking and check-in/check-out process was extremely easy with excellent communications from the owner. It’s about a 15/20 minute walk to Sandown seafront. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely place. Location is great near to beach and activities. Caravan park is very quiet , you don't hear much but birds in the morning. Location of this caravan is very good, away from the main road . This caravan is up to date and in very good condition. Very clean and everything u need . Lovely touch to have a loaf of bread and milk on arrival. Lots of storage for your belongings and 2 single and 1 double bed . Blankets , heaters, lovely fire. Balcony with table and chairs. Swimming pool and bar with pool tables on site, went down well with the children . Everything u need to have a comfortable stay in the isle of wight. Thank u
