On the ground floor the hallway leads to a Master Bedroom with Ensuite with Sea views (you can even lie in bed and watch the sunset if the kids give you time!), Family Bathroom, Rear bedroom with bunk beds and a third bedroom with 5ft beds suitable for two younger children.
The stairs lead you up to a good-sized living room which takes advantage of the stunning views across the Solent and a huge sofa for spectating or star gazing. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has a small balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxing nightcap as you watch the sun setting. However you don’t need to be outside to enjoy the views as the large windows on the front and side of the property mean the sea is visible from all angles. To the rear is a fourth bedroom for two people leading to a garden room, which leads to the large decked area and rear garden. The rear of the house is a suntrap with the sun shining on it all day and is sheltered from any breeze.

Situated in the quaint Town of Gurnard overlooking the Solent, this family Seafront home is in an enviable position overlooking the beach and is less than 1km from the harbour town of Cowes.
Gurnard Seafront is decorated with beach huts and a large sloped green with Children’s playground area leading you to the shingle beach. There is a popular restaurant and pub 100 yards from the house where you can buy ice creams and truly enjoy everything the Seaside has to offer. Water sports are popular past times here for Islanders and Guests of all ages or if you prefer a more relaxed approach to your holiday this area provides the perfect setting for spectators.
Just a 15 minute walk along the Seafront, the promenade brings you to Cowes High St which has a diverse range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Town has a great deal of charm and boasts numerous independent shops giving it a unique feel but also has a Marks & Spencer food hall for all those daily essentials. In the summer months the Town is vibrant and often has plenty of events to entertain our Guests.
