Description

This park has around 200 holiday chalets, many of which have been fully modernised. The site is now purely for self catering holiday accommodation, as all the old holiday park amenities have now closed. However, the amazing location of the Chalets and tranquillity of the area are what makes this area special.

This chalet has recently been fully refurbished and is very well maintained and will comfortably sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a second bedroom has bunk beds.

You are welcome to bring your Dog with you.

The sandy beaches of Sandown Bay are within easy walking distance, as are popular attractions along the seafront, such as Sandown Zoo, Dinosaur Isle and the new crazy golf course and playground at Sandham. There are some excellent bars and restaurants along the seafront, all with great sea views and a walking distance from the Chalet, so you can leave the car behind.

This chalet can be booked in conjunction with other nearby chalets on the site (number 117) for larger groups.

NB: Please note that towels are not provided, please bring your own - NB: The chalets run on £1 coin operated electricity meters

The place is perfectly located to let you unwind with lot of options around. You can choose from amazing coastal path hiking trail to a leisure stroll by the side of the sea towards Sandown or Shanklin. Obviously water sport options are endless. The front common garden is an option to let your kids run around play. The bus stop is a mere 5 minutes walk, if you don’t have a car. Definitely something we will be coming back.

What a great place to stay in Sandown! The chalet was spotless! So clean and tidy, especially important post lockdown. We were concerned about staying somewhere but was reassured when I messaged and when we arrived, there were hand santisers and antibacterial sprays to use. The little touches were my favourite. There were biscuits, milk and tea on arrival so of course that was one of the first things we did. There was also wine, Isle of Wight toffee and orange juice in the fridge as part of the welcome package. It's these little touches which bring this stay above others. I think the price is excellent and location great - with just a short walk down to the beach and you can also walk up to the Yaborough Monument to see epic views. Highly recommend and will stay again!
